Fall in blood sugar level - a symptom of pre-menstrual-syndrome

FALL IN BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL - Some attacks of pre-menstrual-syndrome are triggered of by fasting, causing a fall in blood sugar level. This is often the cause of sudden aggressive outbursts, migraine, panic and epilepsy.

If the blood sugar level is too high the patient is a diabetic. When the blood sugar touches the baseline there is a sudden outpouring of adrenalin which mobilizes some of the sugar stored in the body, and the blood sugar rises again.

However, when the sugar is taken from the cells they fill up with water and this is responsible for water retention, bloatedness and weight gain.
